We do not actively monitor the contents of the postings nor are we responsible for the content of any postings. We do not vouch for nor do we warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, of any message or information posted.

(b) The contents of the postings do not represent the views of the KRU Marketing, its Labels or any person or property associated with KRU Marketing, KRU.COM.MY, and our family of websites.

(c) If any user feels that any posting is objectionable, we encourage you to contact us by email. We will make every effort to remove objectionable content, if we deem removal to be warranted. Please understand that removal or editing of any posting is a manual process and might not occur immediately.

Any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, vulgar, obscene, profane, harmful, libelous, indecent, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable (including, but not limited to, posting the private information of other parties);

ii. Any material that impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;

iii. Any false "header" (the legend attached to e-mail messages to show the message's point of origin, route, and destination), falsely configured e-mail or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise transmitted through KRU Marketing. Any material containing any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation of any kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, distribution of unsolicited e-mail using an KRU Marketing address or containing any references to KRU Marketing ("spam"), "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any use of distribution lists to any person or entity who has not given specific permission to be included on such a list;

vii. Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, programs, files, corrupted data, or any other harmful or damaging component designed to interrupt, impair, destroy, or limit the functionality or operability of any computer system, software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

viii. Any material that constitutes "stalking" or any other form of harassment of any member or User of KRU Marketing or any other person;

ix. Any material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, vulgar, lascivious, indecent, lecherous or obscene nature or intent, or that violates local, state, national, and/or international laws;

x. Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about any illegal activities or any material which encourages conduct that would violate any law or give rise to civil or criminal liability under any law (including, but not limited to, "hacking," "cracking," or "phreaking");

xi. Any raffle, contest, or game requiring payment of a fee or other consideration by participants;

xii. Any hate propaganda or hate mongering, swearing, or fraudulent material or activity;

xiii. Any content that advertises or promotes any product or service;

xiv. Any content that solicits funds, advertisers or sponsors;

xv. Any content that disrupts the normal functioning of the chat room or message board; or

xvi. Any content or activity that KRU Marketing, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for its bulletin boards and/or chat rooms.

4. USE OF THE PROGRAM

As part of this Program, KRU Marketing will provide access to certain audio and video footage, photographs, text images, weekly newsletters, interactive areas and polls.

On registration to the Program you will be required to enter a login name and password. You must keep the password secure and confidential, not to divulge your login name and password to other persons who are not lawfully entitled to use the website. If it becomes known by a third party, KRU Marketing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You warrant that the information that you provide when you register is true, accurate and complete in all respects and you agree to notify KRU Marketing immediately of any changes by sending them an email at customerservice@kru.com.my.

5. LIMITED LICENCE

All contents made available by the Web Site and/or the Program is licenced by KRU Berhad, the parent company of KRU Marketing and are the exclusive properties of KRU Berhad. You are granted by KRU Marketing (on behalf of KRU Berhad) a limited licence to download the materials contained on this website to a single personal computer, and to print a hard copy or the materials contained on this website, solely for personal, private, non-commercial use, and provided all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the software, cassettes, VHS, CDs, VCDs and DVDs are left intact. This means that all such intellectual property rights belong to KRU Marketing. The grant of this limited licence is conditional upon your agreement to and compliance with all these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any other use of the materials on this website including the reproduction, modification, distribution or publication without KRU Berhad’s prior written permission is strictly prohibited, and is a violation of KRU Berhad’s proprietary rights.

IN ADDITION, KRU MARKETING DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE ACCURATE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, COMPLETE OR CURRENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

THUS, KRU MARKETING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION OR USE OF THE BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM.

7. PERSONS UNDER 18

KRU Marketing reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of KRU Marketing.

You also agree that you will not use KRU Marketing’s logo, brand name and trademarks or any related intellectual property rights unless provided in this Terms and Conditions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, neither KRU Marketing nor any of its respective directors, employees, affiliations or representatives will be liable for any loss or damages, in contract, tort or otherwise including negligence, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the benefits offered in this Program.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability (permitted by law) that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts and, by using this website, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdictions or venue in such courts.

Those who choose to access this website do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent any local laws are applicable.

For those overseas subscriber, KRU Marketing can choose to enforce these Terms and Conditions in any jurisdiction if deems fit and you hereby agree to submit to such jurisdiction.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing signed by KRU Marketing to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court’s finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and KRU Marketing.
